Old habits


What the hell is wrong with me?

I keep eating even though I have restriction. I keep eating even though I'm not hungry. I'm not eating bad for me food. But I'm eating even though I shouldn't be. Even though I don't want to be. Even though I've made myself sick from eating too much.

How do I turn off the compulsion?

  2. Not sure if this will help you, but it helps me.

    Since I track my food on myfitnesspal app, I try to log all my food for the day in the morning. It helps me to have a plan, and to know if I put anything in my mouth that is not on that list, it will completely mess up my nutrition for the day. It's a mind game for me.

    1. I do the same thing. Log it all in the am. If I alter my plan I adjust but it, helps to know that my plan is nutrtionaly balanced and under my calorie goal before hand.. if I log after I end up w a really bad day..lol
