#proud of myself

I actually tracked my calories this weekend, which I NEVER do.

Everything got written down.

Yesterday, I didn't break 1,000 calories. I think I clocked in at like 990 for the day.

This is a crazy week, work wise, so I'm hoping that the stress stays away and doesn't make me eat everything.

I should be getting fill #2 Friday--fingers crossed. Also hoping to post at least a 5lb loss from last month.

  1. I tracked what I ate faithfully for the first 8 months. I truly think it was a big part of my success. I used my fitness pal, but there are a tin of different ones. Once you get in the habit if doing it is no biggie and takes very little time. Good luck with your fill
